Don't be put off by the sort of peculiar ingredient list.我保证,you do need to use that much honey.I've tried it with less and it's not the same.

  • about ¼ cup flour
  • 捏盐
  • 2 tablespoons safflower,grapeseed,或其他中性油
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon grated garlic (3 cloves)

  • 2 bunches baby bok choy,冲洗,trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions
  1. Cut the tofu into slices about 1 inch thick.Press the water out of the slices,then cut them into 1-inch square cubes.放在袋子里或是放在宽盘子里,把豆腐和面粉和盐一起搅拌,直到所有的碎块都有一层薄薄的外皮。
